Luis P. Gloria, 74, of Toledo, Ohio passed away October 2, 2008 at Arbors at Oregon Nursing Facility. He was born in Carrizo Springs, Texas on June 21, 1934 to Nicolas and Eloisa (Patlan) Gloria. Luis had been employed by the I.B.E.W. as an electrician for 40 years. He enjoyed golfing, bowling and working in his garden. Luis was also an honorary member of the Catholic War Veterans.  Surviving are his children, Mark (Carol) Gloria, Nick (Lori) Gloria, Lou (Jill) Gloria, David Gloria and Lisa (Jeff) Stephens; special friend, Rita; 16 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren; brothers, Joe, Henry (Ruth) and Nick (Nancy); sisters, Sylvia (Santos) Silva, Jessie Castillon, Mary (Tony) and Irene both of Texas. Luis was preceded in death by his parents, wives, Carol Sue, Elizabeth, Gloria, and sister, Delia "Duck".  Visitation will be held at Eggleston Meinert Pavley Funeral Home, Oregon Chapel, 440 S. Coy Road, on Monday, October 6, 2008 from 4- 9 p.m. Funeral services will be conducted in the funeral home on Tuesday at 1:00 p.m. with a luncheon to follow at the Tap Room 413 N.
