Lydia A. Hoffmann Fath, 81, of East Toledo, passed away Friday, October 14, 2005 in her home. She was born in Toledo on October 23, 1923 to Robert and Olga (Hank) Hoffmann Lydia was a life long member of Bethlehem Lutheran Church, where she was active in numerous organizations. Her entire life was centered around her church and family and in her later years she especially enjoyed the time she spent with her grandchildren. Surviving are her loving husband of 61 years, Edward; daughter, Lisa (Jim) Wilk; grandchildren, Sarah, A.J. and Jami Wilk, and numerous family and friends. Lydia was preceded in death by her parents. Family and friends may visit at the Eggleston Meinert Pavley Funeral Home, Oregon Chapel 440 S. Coy Road, Oregon, Ohio on Monday, October 17, 2005 from 2 - 9 p.m. Funeral services will be conducted in Bethlehem Lutheran Church, 106 W. Plumer St., Toledo, OH on Tuesday at 11:00 a.m. Interment will be in Lake Township Cemetery.
