Lyle P. Ewersen, 41, of Toledo, OH passed away on August 25, 2003 in Hospice of Northwest Ohio. He was born in Toledo, OH on September 25, 1961 to Frederick and Irene (Dieckmann) Ewersen. Lyle was employed by Action Wholesale as a truck driver for the past 6 years. He was a member of St. Mark's Lutheran Church and loved watching NASCAR Racing. Surviving are his wife, Lois (Cummings) Ewersen; mother, Irene Ewersen; children, Tammy, Jodi, Jenifer, Brandi; brothers, Martin, Matthew, James, Todd; sisters, Cindy Hansen and Anne Strasser , IL; 11 grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his father, Frederick and grandparents. A memorial service will be conducted at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, August 30, 2003 in the Eggleston-Meinert-Pavley Funeral Home, Coy Road Chapel, 440 S. Coy Road, Oregon, OH where the family will greet friends at 10:00 a.m. Expressions of sympathy in Lyle's memory can be made to his family or Hospice of Northwest Ohio.
