Lynne C. Weiland, 78, of Curtice, Ohio passed away unexpectedly at her residence on Thursday, February 18, 2021. Lynne was born in Toledo,Ohio, on February 22, 1942 to Lillian Terry. Lynne was adopted and raised by her loving parents, Harold and Jenny Hassen. Lynne along with her husband were self-employed farmers selling their produce for over 40 years at the Farmers' Market in downtown Toledo. Lynne was a kind and generous person who loved to talk! She loved animals, bird watching, her barn, asparagus patch and her beloved fur-babies Sam and Sue. Surviving are her sister in laws; Marie Terry, Donamay King, Shari Tiffany, Bonnie Conley and good friend, Carol Worden. Also surviving are many nephews, nieces, cousins and friends. Lynne was preceded in death by her parents, husband of 49 years, Edwin; siblings, Dorothy Rogers, John and Melvin Terry; brothers-in-law, Fred, Earl and Floyd Weiland; sister-in-law, Betty Young.A special thanks to her nephews, Tom Clay, Billie Weiland, John Young and her neighbors for always being there to lend a helping hand. Visitation will be held at Eggleston Meinert & Pavley Funeral Home,Oregon Chapel, 440 S. Coy Road, Oregon on Monday February 22, 2021 beginning at 11:00 am until the time of funeral service at 12:00 noon. Interment will follow in Lake Township Cemetery.
