Obituary

Madonna F. Mickens, 66, of Logan, OH and formerly of Toledo, OH passed away with her husband, Albert "Mick" Mickens on October 29, 2005 in Cuba, MO as the result of a traffic accident. She was born in Oregon, OH on January 28, 1939 to Rudolph and Madonna (Harris) Sibbersen. Honey had been employed as a bank teller at Huntington Bank for over 30 years, retiring in 1995. She was a member of First St. John Lutheran Church and enjoyed golfing, crocheting and knitting. Surviving are her children, Hope (Ray) Bachmayer, Craig (Connie) Mickens, Cynthia Mickens-Short and Anthony (Karen) Mickens; grandchildren, Ray and Nichole Bachmayer, Kyle Mickens, Joshua, Jessica and Jennifer Rainey, Danielle and Heather Mickens; great-grandchildren, Analicia Rodriguez, Starr Mickens and Riley Roughton; brother and sisters, Richard Sibbersen, Violet Mullins, Billie Jean (Kenn) Baker, Michael (Cheryl) Cousino, Sandra Heter, Darlene (Robert) Wismer, Robin Cousino and many nieces and nephews. Honey was preceded in death by her parents, Rudolph Sibbersen and Madonna Sibbersen-Cousino; sister, Judith Sibbersen; sister-in-law, Eileen Sibbersen; brother, Enos Cousino; brother-in-law, Bruce Heter. Family and friends may visit at the Eggleston Meinert Pavley Funeral Home, Oregon Chapel 440 S. Coy Rd., on Thursday, November 3, 2005 from 2 - 9 p.m. Funeral services will be held on Friday at 11:00 a.m Interment will be in Calvary Cemetery. Expressions of sympathy in Honey's memory can be made to the American Diabetes or Alzheimer Associations. Visitation: Visitation Times Thursday, 2:00 - 9:00 p.m. Oregon Chapel
