Mae H. Schultz, 99, of Oregon, Ohio, passed away on August 9, 2011 at her home. She was born in Boston, Massachusetts on October 21, 1911 to Charles and Victoria (Bendell) Tilley. Mae worked as a Registered Nurse at the North Shore Hospital in Miami, Florida before retiring in 1976. Mae enjoyed teaching Sunday school, cooking, collecting teddy bears, dolls, owls, and was an accomplished pianist. She loved to travel and write poetry. Mae had one of her poems, 'œLucky', published in the International Library of Poetry in 2001. Mae is survived by her children, Barbara Lay, Georgia Shinaver, Theodore (Dolores) Perrine, Judy (David) Pearson, Jacquie Semerdjian; 16 grandchildren; 29 great grandchildren, and 22 great-great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Burke; 5 sisters and 1 brother. Friends may visit at the Eggleston Meinert & Pavley Funeral Home, Oregon Chapel, on Monday, August 15th from 9:00 am '" 2:30 pm. Funeral services will be conducted at 2:30 pm in the funeral home. Pastor Phyllis Tucker, officiating. Interment will follow in Willow Cemetery.
