Maggie Jane Gunnoe, 85, of Oregon, Ohio, passed away peacefully, Wednesday, May 1, 2024 at Hospice of Northwest Ohio, Toledo. Maggie was born December 11, 1938 in Orgas, West Virginia to Bernard and Gladys (Barker) Bowles. She was a member of the Sherman High School class of 1956. On September 1, 1956, she married the love of her life Billy Ray Gunnoe. Maggie worked several years as warehouse manager at Woodville Surplus. Her hobbies included: flower and vegetable gardening and playing bingo at local churches. Maggie's life centered around her family and enjoyed celebrating the holidays together and looked forward to the annual family fish fry on Good Friday.

Maggie is survived by her children, Pam (Bob) Dieckmann, Karen (Brian) Vrooman, and Billy Gunnoe II; grandchildren, Dawn (Dan) Mikolas, Keri (Dave) Drain, Sheri Drain, Tanya (Steve) Tristan, Sarah (Michael) Below and Breanna (Ridge) Vrooman; great-grandchildren, Ethan Biller, Jack Mikolas, Jakob Vrooman, Lyla Jane Mikolas, Gabe Below, Jaiden Tristan, Dominic Tristan, Sienna Tristan, and Catalaya Tristan; siblings, Judy McComas, Joyce Barker, Ron Bowles; along with many loving family members and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Billy Ray in 1986; and siblings, Edward and Carol.

The family will receive friends at Eggleston Meinert Pavley Funeral Home, Oregon Chapel, Wednesday, May 8, 2024 from 1:00 pm until time of memorial service at 4:00 pm. Expressions of sympathy may be directed to Hospice of Northwest Ohio.
