Margaret M. Rogers, 90, formerly of Northwood, Ohio passed away Saturday, July 21, 2012 at Heartland of Perrysburg. Margaret was born on January 8, 1922 to Lloyd and Hazel (Holland) Champion, who preceded her in death along with her son-in-law, Karl Horner; brother, Vance; her sister, Elsie and the father of her children Dale Rogers.. Margaret was a graduate of the class of 1940 from Genoa High School. For many years Margaret did sewing alteration in her home until the Woodville Mall opened, at that time she went to work for J.C. Penney Company. She also was employed with Olsten Agency as a home health care aide before retiring in 1982. Surviving are her children, Allan (Cheryl) Rogers, Jayne Horner; granddaughter, Rebecca Horner; sister Jean Fry. Visitation will be held on Tuesday from 2-8 p.m. at the Eggleston-Meinert & Pavley Funeral Home, Millbury Chapel, 1111 Woodville Road. Funeral services will be conducted in the funeral home on Wednesday at 10 a.m. with interment to follow at Clay Township Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to the Genoa Christian Church or Donor'™s choice.
