Margaret Hurst, of Northwood, passed away on May 18, 2014, surrounded by her loving family. She was born on September 6, 1921 to Ernest and Rhua (Holsinger) Osborn. She was married to the love of her life, Robert Hurst, for 68 years until he passed away in 2006. Surviving are her children, Robert (Judith) Hurst, and Karen (Clyde Sharlow) Almester; grandchildren, Kristina (Kirk), Michael (Pamela), Cynthia (Glenn) and Bonnie (Ken); 11 great grandchildren, and her great-great grandson, Ryder. She was preceded in death by her husband, parents, siblings and her grandson, Scotty. Friends and family may visit at the Eggleston Meinert & Pavley Funeral Home, Oregon Chapel, 440 S. Coy Road, on Wednesday May 21 from 2:00 until 8:00 p.m. Funeral services will be held in the funeral home on Thursday May 22 at 12:00 p.m. Interment will follow in Toledo Memorial Park.
