Marianne P. Holdren, 85, of Toledo, Ohio, passed away Friday, September 4, 2015, surrounded by her family. Marianne was born in Toledo, Ohio on January 25, 1930 to John and Anna (Bode) Vasko. On April 21, 1956, she married Robert Holdren. Her hobbies included: baking, knitting, and reading romance novels. Marianne was a lifelong member of St. Stephen's Catholic Church. Her true passion was spending time with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Marianne is survived by her children, Dennis (Brenda) Holdren, Becky Bowland, and David (Diane) Holdren; 7 grandchildren, 4 great-grandchildren; brother, Jerry Vasko; along with many loving family members and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents and husband. Friends may call at the Kinsey – Pavley Funeral Home, 2001 Consaul Street, Toledo, on Wednesday, September 9, 2015 from 2:00 pm – 8:00 pm, where a rosary service will be held at 4:00 pm. Funeral services will begin Thursday, September 10, 2015 at 10:45 am with prayers in the funeral home and proceed to Epiphany of the Lord Parish- St. Stephen's Church, 2018 Consaul Street, Toledo, for Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00 am. Interment will follow at Restlawn Memorial Park. Memorials may be directed to Epiphany of the Lord Parish.
