Obituary

Marie Jaquillard, 84, went to be with the Lord on, Saturday, November 11, 2006. She was born on April 7, 1922 in Williston, Ohio August and Emma (Sifke) Schwachenwald. On August 3, 1940 she married Howard Jaquillard, who preceded her in death on January 26, 1997. She lived most of her married life in Oregon, Ohio.  In 1974 she and her husband moved to Warner Lake, MI. and in 1980 they again moved to Zephyrhills, FL. She lived ten years at Luther Grove in Toledo and ten years at Lutheran Home at Toledo, where she died.   Marie worked for 5 years for Continental Coffee Company, five years for Oregon Board of Education as a cook at Wynn School. She also worked as a cook at Lutheran Home at Toledo. Marie was a member of  First St. John Lutheran Church in Toledo and the church's Ruth Circle. She was presently a member of Heritage Christian Church in Oregon.   Marie is survived by daughter Janet (James) Routson of Oregon and son James (Liane) Jaquillard of Pemberville. She leaves six grandchildren; Cynthia (Patrick) Blake of  Toledo, Pamela (Gary) Pirolli of Oregon, David (DeAnn) Routson of Walbridge, Mark (Caylena) Routson of Phoenix, Arizona, Mary Jaquillard of Cleveland and Matthew(Julie) Jaquillard of Raleigh, North Carolina. She leaves eight great-grandchildren; Nicholas (Jenny) Roth of Neapolis, Nathan (Leslie) Roth of Liberty Center, Ashley (Seth) Ruby of Fayette, Amanda Roth, Eric and Jacob Pirolli and Madeliene and Corey Routson. She also leaves four great-great grandchildren; Austin, Jadyn, Cole and Hannah Roth. She leaves sister, Dorothy (Carl) Wargowsky of Oak Harbor and brother, Harold (Gracella) Schwachenwald of San Antonio, Texas. She also leaves special niece Phyllis (Arquette) Guy. She is preceded in death by sisters, Florence Fleitz, Alice Collum, Loretta Thomas, Agnes Arquette and brother, Norman Schwachenwald.   Visitation will be held at the Eggleston Meinert Pavley Funeral Home, Oregon Chapel, 440 S. Coy Road on Monday from 2-9 p.m. Funeral services will be held in the funeral home on Tuesday at 11:00 a.m. Interment following in St. John's Cemetery.  Those wishing to make an expression of sympathy are asked to consider Lutheran Home at Toledo. The family would like to thank all the nurses and nurses aids of the second floor of the Lutheran Home for the loving care given over the last ten years.
