Marie V. Phillips Marie V. Phillips, 91, of Oregon, passed away Thursday, March 6, 2003 in Orchard Villa. Marie was born on February 14, 1912 in Toledo to Roy and Nellie (Rideout) Crandall. She was the widow of Robert H. Phillips who passed away in 1992. Mrs. Phillips was a member of Bethany United Methodist Church and the Senior Quilting Club. Surviving are her son, Robert E. (Phyllis); grandchildren, Bob (Brenda) Phillips, Tom(Karis) Phillips, and Brian (Debbie) Phillips; 8 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents; brothers, Edward, Thomas, and James Crandall; sisters, Doris Helle and Margaret O'Hearn. Funeral services will be conducted Saturday, March 8, 2003 at 11 am in the Eggleston-Meinert Funeral Home, Coy Road Chapel, 440 S. Coy Road where visitation will be Friday from 2 until 9 pm.
