Marilyn R. Laviolette, 87, of Northwood, passed away on Friday, February 17, 2023 at Hospice of Northwest Ohio. She was born in Toledo on June 1, 1935 to Roy and Ruth (Messimore) Daniels.

Marilyn worked as a crossing guard and at Peerless Molded Plastics for several years. She was a faithful member of Mainstreet Church and the VFW Ladies Auxiliary.

Left to forever cherish her memory are her son, Ernest "Tony" (Shari) Laviolette; grandchildren, Luke (Makenna), Jade, Vickie (Greg) Limpf, Jessica (Shawn) Peters, John (Mary) Elgin, David Laviolette, Christopher Laviolette, Toni Ewerson, Dustin Ewerson; 10 great-grandchildren; 4 great-great-grandchildren; loving partner of 24 years, Richard Zink; brother, David (Sandy) Daniels; and sister, Patricia May.

Marilyn was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Ernest; sons, Luther and Gregory; and daughter, Cynthia Ewerson.

Family and friends may visit the Eggleston Meinert & Pavley Funeral Home, Oregon Chapel, 440 S. Coy Rd., Oregon, Ohio 43616 on Wednesday, February 22, 2023 from 2:00 – 8:00 p.m. Funeral Services will be private for the family. Burial will follow at Ottawa Hills Memorial Park.
