Marilyn A. Miller, 82, of Oregon, Ohio, passed away on Tuesday, July 11, 2017 at the Lutheran Homes of Toledo. Marilyn was born in Toledo, Ohio on July 13, 1934 to Lawrence and Alice (Kaiser) Traver. She graduated from Clay High School in 1952 and married her husband of 47 years, Ralph Miller, in 1960. She was employed by Oregon City Schools for over 30 years as a Bus Driver. Marilyn was a part of the Bunco Club for 20 years, attended the Bowling Nationals in Las Vegas and was a member of the Women's Auxillary Post #334.
Surviving are her sons, Larry (Amy Becker) Miller, Dan (Teresa) Miller, Glenn (Dawn) Miller and Dale (Nicole) Miller; sister, Cheron Nowak; brother in law, Donald Miller; sister in law, Mary Traver; and many grandchildren and great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Ralph; parents; and brothers, Lawrence and George Traver.
Friends may call at the Eggleston Meinert & Pavley Funeral Home, Oregon Chapel, 440 S. Coy Rd. on Friday, July 14, 2017 from 2 pm until 8 pm. Visitation will also take place in the funeral home on Saturday, July 15 from 10 am until the time of the funeral service at 11 am. Interment will follow in St. Ignatius Cemetery. Memorial contributions can be directed to Great Lakes Caring Hospice.
