Marjorie "Marge" Wasserman
Marjorie "Marge" Fern Wasserman, 74, of Millbury, Ohio, passed away Sunday, March 30, 2003 in St. Charles/Mercy Hospital surrounded by her loving family. Marjorie was born in Oregon on September 5, 1928 to Herb and Connie (Williams) Lohberger. Marge worked at the former Lions Store for two years and then as a lifelong homemaker for her husband and children, She was an active member of St. Jerome Catholic Church and an member of the Altar Rosary Sodality. She also participated in various parish functions. Her interests included golfing, bowling, antiquing and garage saleing.
A dovoted wife, mother, grandmother and sister she is survived by her loving husband of 54 years, Donald; children, Ted (Jan) of Luckey, Tim (Angie) of Millbury, Tom (Lisa) of Helena, Bob of Millbury, Sandy (Dale) Pertner of Millbury, Paul of Toledo, Shelly (Jay Gruben) Wasserman of Genoa; grandchildren, Don (Jenny) Wasserman, Nick, Pat, Mike, Mark Wasserman all of Millbury, Brandon, Lindsay Pertner, Deanna, Paul Wasserman, Jake, Jonathon Gruben of Genoa, brother, Jake (Nancy) Lohberger of Genoa.
Family and friends may visit at the Eggleston-Meinert Funeral Home, Woodville Road Chapel, 1111 Woodville Road on Tuesday from 4 to 9 pm and on Wednesday from 2 t0 8 pm. Funeral services will begin in the funeral home on Thursday at 10:15 am and proceed to St. Jerome Catholic Church for the Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00 am. Interment will follow in Lake Township Cemetery. Those wishing to make an expression of sympathy in Marge's name are asked to consider St. Jerome's Church or the charity of the donor's choice.
