Martha L. Neal, 65, of Toledo, Ohio passed away March 19, 2008 at the Lutheran Home at Toledo. She was born in Rome, Georgia on April 22, 1942 to Lindsay T. "Stew Ball" and Mattie (Harper) Cade. Martha had been employed as a LPN at the former Americare Nursing Home.    Surviving are husband, James O. Neal; children, Douglas, James A., Felicia, Crystal (Jerome) Bowman; 11 grandchildren and 16 great grandchildren; brothers, Thomas (Shelia) Harper, Lindsay Cade Jr. and Cecil Cade; special sister-in-law, Suzanne Tyler; cousin, Roseann Applin and many nieces and nephews. Martha was preceded in death by her parents.  Visitation will be held at the Eggleston Meinert Pavley Funeral Home, Oregon Chapel, 440 S. Coy Road, on Friday from 2-9 p.m. with the family present from 3-6 p.m. with a Memorial Service to be held at 5 p.m. Visitation: Friday, March 28, 2-9 p.m., with family present from 3-6 p.m. Services: Friday, March 28, 5 p.m.
