Martha D. Purtee Martha D. Purtee, 58, of Northwood, OH passed away Friday, June 3, 2005 in St. Charles Mercy Hospital. Martha was born in Oregon, OH on October 4, 1946 to Harry and Ruth (Gosney) Rush. She was a graduate of Northwood High School. Martha especially enjoyed spending time with her family. Surviving are her loving husband, Cloyd; daughter, Debbie (Matt) Hoffman; sister, Carol Rush; grandchildren, Brandon, Alexa and Luke Hoffman. Also surviving are many nieces, nephews and cousins. Martha is preceded in death by her parents.
