Mary Jane Bailey, 87, of Northwood, Ohio passed away on Sunday, October 1, 2017. Mary Jane was born on January 9, 1930 in Elkhart, Indiana to William and Mary Lena (Kelley) Parse. Mary Jane married the love of her life, Harold Bailey who preceded her in death. She worked as a manager at Russel Stovers for several years before her retirement. Mary Jane enjoyed baking, tending to her flower garden, being outside on her porch feeding her chicken Gurdy and spending time with her family. Surviving is her son, Don Bailey; daughter, Linda Rains, Rita; several grandchildren and great-grandchildren; and 3 sisters. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband; son, Jim; daughter, Nancy; and 4 siblings. The family is going to have a celebration of life on Saturday, October 7, 2017 at 3614 Goodrich Ave., Northwood, Ohio 43619. Eggleston-Meinert & Pavley Funeral Home is assisting the family.
