Mary M. Bukowski, 85, of Bowling Green, OH and formerly of Toledo, OH passed away June 26, 2008, at Bowling Green Manor. She was born in Toledo, OH on October 2, 1922, to Frank and Anna (Fesco) Matesz. Mary had been an active member and former librarian of St. Thomas Aquinas Parish. Surviving are her sons, Robert (Sheila), Victor (Maggie), and Gregory (Tonya) Bukowski; daughters, Janet (Heinrich) Wenning and Joyce (Marty) Goralske-Wilson; 9 grandchildren; 4 great-grandchildren; sisters, Ann Gasser, Betty Gueli, Helen Pratt and Rose Simpson; brother, John Matesz. Mary was preceded in death by her parents; brother, Frank Matesz and sister, Irene Hogle. Visitation will be held at the Eggleston Meinert Pavley Funeral Home, Oregon Chapel, 440 S. Coy Rd. on Friday, June 27, 2008, from 4 until 8 p.m. Funeral services will begin in the funeral home on Saturday at 9:30 a.m. and proceed to St. Thomas Aquinas Church for a Mass of Christian Burial at 10 a.m. Interment will follow in St. Ignatius Cemetery.
