Mary P. (Feher) Csizmar, 92 of east Toledo passed away Monday, November 9, 2015 at Hospice Northwest Perrysburg. Mary was born in Toledo on April 18, 1923 to John and Elizabeth (Sedlack) Feher. She was a graduate of Waite High School Class of 1941. Mary had worked for Libbey Glass and had retired from Craftmaster Corporation. She was a lifetime member of St. Stephen's Catholic Church, where she was also a member of the Altar Rosary Society and the Mother's Club. Mary enjoyed Hungarian cooking and baking, known as the "cookie lady" by the neighborhood children. Surviving are her children, Judy Ilia and Michael Csizmar Jr.; grandchildren, Louis Ilia Jr., Michael Ilia, Stephanie (Paul) Rodriguez; great granddaughter, Kendra Rodriguez; sister-in-law, Wanda Doktor; niece, Mary Carol Nagy and nephews. Mary was preceded in death by her husband, Michael Csizmar Sr., whom she married on Feb. 20, 1943; her parents and step father, Andrew Doktor; son-in-law, Louis Ilia Sr.; brother, Robert Doktor. Visitation will be held at Kinsey Pavley Funeral Home, 2001 Consual Street, Toledo, Ohio on Thursday from 2-8 pm and where the recitation of the rosary will be held at 4 pm. Funeral services will begin in the funeral home at 9:45 am on Friday and proceed to Epiphany of the Lord St. Stephen's Parish, 1880 Genesee St., for Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 am. Interment will follow in North Oregon Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to Epiphany of the Lord- St. Stephen's Parish. Mary's family would like to express their thanks and gratitude to the doctors, nurses and staff at Hospice of NWO Perrysburg and Mercy St. Charles, for the love and support given to Mary during her stay.
