Mary L. Urbanyi, 91, of Toledo, OH passed away May 27, 2005 in Harborside of Perrysburg. She was born in Williamsburg, KY on May 6, 1914 to John and Lucinda (Case) Powers. Mrs. Urbanyi was a member of St. Thomas Aquinas Catholic Church. Mary was employed with Autolite , Balduf Bakery, Tiedke's, Foodtown and Meinke's Bakery before retiring in 1981. She was the widow of Gilbert Urbanyi. Surviving are her daughters, Jeanette (Jack) Wolf and Susan (Robert) Sommers; brother, John Powers; sisters, Joyce (Joe) Halka, Rebecca Maszk, Katie Kigar and Thelma (Clovis) Hefner; 5 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren. Mary was preceded in death by her parents; brothers, Jess and Billie Powers and sisters, Rachael Sharp and Shirley Halka. Family and friends may visit at the Eggleston Meinert Pavley Funeral Home, Oregon Chapel, 440 S. Coy Road at Starr Ave. on Monday, May 30, 2005 from 2-8 p.m. where the Rosary will be recited at 7 pm. Funeral services will begin in the funeral home on Tuesday at 9:15am and proceed to St. Thomas Aquinas Church for 10 am Mass of Christian Burial. Interment will follow in Calvary Cemetery.
