Mary Eileen Sheets, 95, of Oregon, Ohio, passed away peacefully, Friday, September 20, 2024, at the Gardens of St. Francis in Oregon, Ohio. Beloved mother of Marcia (Don) and Richard (Donna); loving grandmother of Heather (Rod), Steven (Maria), Nichole Mike) and Rob (Rachel) cherished great-grandmother of Megan, Danny, Austin (Sam), Abigail, Aubrey, Tobin, and Harper; great-great-grandmother of Kinly, Emery, and forth coming, Grayson. Preceded in death by her parents; husband, Richard; and son, David.

Eileen was born August 27, 1929, in Toledo, Ohio to Boleslaw and Mary (Michalak) Rokicki. She graduated from Woodward High School in 1947 and was a lifelong parishioner of St. Hedwig and St Adalbert Parishes. Over the years, Eileen worked at her parents' business; Rokicki Market in North Toledo, managed two women's clothing stores at Woodville Mall, and retired after 20 years from the job she loved at Jacobson's Department Store. Eileen and Richard spent many enjoyable years in Florida.

The family will receive friends at the Eggleston Meinert & Pavley Funeral Home, Oregon Chapel, 440 S. Coy Road, Tuesday, September 24, 2024, from 2:00 pm – 8:00 pm. Mass of Christian Burial Wednesday, September 25, 2024 at 10:00 am in St. Adalbert Catholic Church, 3233 Lagrange Street, Toledo, where the family will greet friends at 9:30 am. Interment: Calvary Cemetery. Preferred memorials: Charity of your choice.
