Mary C. Toth, 89, formerly of east Toledo passed away November 20, 2006 in Orchard Villa. She was born in Toledo, OH on January 10, 1917 to Michael and Rose (Kovacs) Kudelka. Mary was a member of St. Stephen Catholic Church. In her spare time she enjoyed gardening.      She is survived by her daughter, Shirley (John) Vass, Woodhaven, MI; grandchildren, Natalie (John) Douillard and Mark Vass; great-grandchildren, Jeremy and Jonathan Vass, and brother, Michael (Edith) Kudelka, N. Carolina. Mary was preceded in death by her parents and husband, Bernard.   Visitation will be held on Tuesday from 3-8 p.m. at Eggleston Meinert Pavley Funeral Home Oregon Chapel, 440 S. Coy Rd., Oregon. Funeral services will be conducted in the funeral home on Wednesday at 1:00 p.m. with interment following in Calvary Cemetery.  Those wishing to make and expression of sympathy in Mary's memory are asked to consider the American Cancer Society.
