Mary Valentine, 49, of Northwood, Ohio passed away September 23, 2012 at the Cleveland Clinic. She was born in Cleveland, Ohio on January 30, 1963 to Frank and Shirley (Yurchenko) Smith. Mary was a Northwood High graduate, and had been employed by Genoa Bank and Walmart. She was a member of Cedar Creek Church. Mary enjoyed baking, camping, crafting and playing bunco. Surviving are her husband, Mark; daughter, Megan Valentine; brother, Doug (Kathy) Smith; sister, Linda (Lenny) Miller; nieces and nephews. Mary was preceded in death by her parents. Visitation will be held at the Eggleston Meinert & Pavley Funeral Home, Oregon Chapel, 440 S. Coy Road this Saturday from 2-8 p.m. with a memorial service at 7:00 p.m. Memorials may be directed to her daughter, Megan'™s college fund.
