Mary E. Vollmar, 78, of Northwood, passed away Saturday February 13, 2010 at Bay Park Community Hospital. Mary was born in Toledo, Ohio to Alva and Marie (Smith) Fitzpatrick. Mary was a homemaker and was proud of her neat, organized house. She was a member of Ashland Church and Riverside Baptist Church where she taught Sunday school to kindergarteners for 30 + years and sang in the choir. Mary had a love for music and enjoyed attending her grandchildren's music events. Mary is survived by her loving husband of 35 years, Charles; children: Ronda (Paul) Rogers, Diane (Alan) Karoly, Greg (Leah) Hiller; 5 grandchildren, 3 great-grandchildren and many loving family members and friends. Visitation will be held Tuesday, February 16th from 2:00-8:00pm at Eggleston Meinert Pavley Funeral Home, Oregon Chapel, 440 S. Coy Road at Starr Avenue where funeral services will be held Wednesday at 1:00pm. Interment will follow at Restlawn Memorial Park.
