Mercedes S. Flores, 95, of Toledo, Ohio passed away peacefully at home on Wednesday, December 16, 2020. She was born in San Antonio, TX on September 27, 1925 to Theophelia and Felipa (Licea) Sanchez. Surviving are her sons, Robert (Kim), Ricky (Carmen), John (Chris), David, Joe and Thomas Barerra; daughters, Terrie (Carlos) Torres, Helen (Rufugio) Montano and Debbie Sanchez; 31grandchildren, 72 great grandchildren and 46 great-great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents; husbands, Robert Barrera and Alex Flores; daughter, Lucille Nunez. Visitation will be held at the Eggleston Meinert & Pavley Funeral Home, Oregon Chapel, 440 S. Coy Road on Sunday, December 20, 2020 from 2- 8 pm. Graveside services will be conducted on Monday at 11 am in the Restlawn Memorial Park Mausoleum Chapel.
