Michael J. Asbury, 59, of Oregon, Ohio passed away on Wednesday, October 10, 2018 at Arbors of Oregon. He was born in Toledo, Ohio on January 3, 1959 to Clyde and Elizabeth (Kahler) Asbury. After graduating high school he began working as a welder for various employers. He was an avid Detroit Tigers and Dallas Cowboys fan. Michael enjoyed strumming his guitar, fishing and listening to country music. Michael is survived by his daughter, Caitlin; sons, Michael, Jonathan; grandson, Emmett; siblings, James, Susan, Candy, Connie and Libby; several nieces, nephews and favorite nephew, John. He was preceded in death by his parents; brothers, Dan and Stephen and sister, Carol. Friends and family may visit Eggleston Meinert & Pavley Funeral Home, Oregon Chapel, 440 S. Coy Road on Saturday, October 13, 2018 from 11:00 am until the time of funeral services at 1:00 pm. Memorial contributions in Michael's name may be directed to American Lung Association
