Michael F. Duhaime, 65, of Oregon, Ohio has gone home to be with the Lord on November 10, 2007, in his home surrounded by his loving family. He was born in Toledo, Ohio on October 3, 1942, to Frederick and Jane (Wozniak) Duhaime. Mike was employed with the Toledo Police Department for 28 years retiring in 1995. In addition Mike was a tennis coach for Whitmer High School for 5 years. As an avid tennis player, Mike loved playing on the courts whether here in Toledo or in Naples, Florida. Above all, he treasured the friendships he made and was totally amazed by the love and support he received from so many. However the love of his life was his family, who lifted his spirits daily and nurtured him emotionally. His grandchildren adored their paw paw, because he was always a captive audience and laughed the loudest at their antics. He was our husband, best friend, father and paw paw and we look forward to seeing him again. Michael is survived by his loving wife of 44 years, Janet; daughter, Dawn (Shawn) Taylor; sons, Keith (Jodi) and Jeff (Ginger); brother, Gary (Dodie) and grandchildren, Erin, Haley, Justin, Ethan, Abigail, Caleb and Aubrey.
