Michael Odorzynski, 61, of Millbury, Ohio, passed away surrounded by his loving family on September 18, 2017. Mike was born in Toledo, Ohio on December 28, 1955 to Frank and Thelma (Anderson) Odorzynski. He graduated from St. Frances DeSales High School and then went on to obtain an Associates Degree from Owens Community College. Shortly after, Mike would begin working out of Carpenters Union 1138. He worked for OCP Contractors as a ceiling specialist for the next 30 years. He was also a Veteran of the United States Coast Guard. On June 20, 1997 Mike would marry Julie (Bridge), and together they would share many beautiful memories. Mike enjoyed fishing, hunting, golfing, boating and had an unforgettable laugh. He enjoyed watching NASCAR, the Cleveland Browns and had a passion for the ARCA truck series, of which he was an official. What was most important to him was spending time with his family and grandchildren. Mike was a wonderful husband, father and man who will truly be missed by all who knew him.
Mike is survived by his wife of 22 years, Julie; children, Elizabeth (Jake) Harmon, Andy (Emily) Odorzynski, Jake Odorzynski, Brendin Odorzynski, Sarah (Ryan) Humberger, Jett (Marissa) Hill; grandchildren, Joshua, Everett, Lincoln, Adam, Ashlee; sisters, Rebecca Wallace, Susan Rhodes; many nieces, nephews; father and mother-in-law, Jim (Lois) Bridge.
The family will receive friends at the Eggleston Meinert & Pavley Funeral Home, Millbury Chapel, 1111 Woodville Road (east of I-280) on Thursday, September 21, 2017 from 2:00pm - 8:00 pm. A celebration of life will be held in the funeral home on Friday, September 22, 2017 at 11:00 am.
