Michael T. Schlicher, 44, of Toledo, OH passed away Wednesday, October 27, 2004 in St. Charles Mercy Hospital after a brief struggle with pneumonia. . He was born on October 2, 1960 in Toledo, OH to Tom and Virginia (Bergman) Schlicher. On November 4, 1998, Michael married Pamela Pennington. While with the St. Thomas Aquinas Boy Scout Troup, Michael achieved the rank of Eagle Scout. He graduated from Macomber Vocational School in 1978, where he enjoyed playing hockey. Michael held several jobs as a graphic artist and offset operator. Recently he was employed doing remodeling, painting, power washing and concrete work. Michael enjoyed watching NASCAR races, water skiing, swimming and fishing with his boys. Most of all, he enjoyed watching his sons play sports with Northwood schools. In addition to his loving wife, Pam, Michael is survived by his parents; sons, Michael C. and Matthew R. Schlicher; step-daughter, Kyla and step grandson, Anthony; brother, Mark Schlicher; sisters, Jeanne Frigmanski and Beth (Rick) Woodruff, and many nieces, nephews and special friends. Friends and family may visit at the Eggleston-Meinert-Pavley Funeral Home, Coy Road Chapel, 440 S. Coy Road, Oregon on Friday from 2-9 p.m. where funeral services will be conducted on Saturday at 11:00 a.m. Contributions for Michael's family and his final expenses will be greatly appreciated by the family.
