Michael R. Surprise, 54, of Toledo, Ohio, passed away Thursday, February 8, 2013 at Hospice of Northwest Ohio, Perrysburg. Michael was born in Portland, Maine on August 17, 1958 to Leo and Barbara (Cables) Surprise. He was employed for many years with Walbridge Woodworks as a cabinet maker. Michael is survived by his children; Zachari (Stephanie) Surprise, Michelle (Joe) Irwin, and Sadi (Larry) Hill; grandchildren, Savannah and Lillian Brewer, Logan and Gabriel Surprise, and Aiden Hill; siblings, Diane Poduszka and Steve Surprise. He was preceded in death by his parents and brother, Leo Edward Surprise III. Private services will be held at the convenience of the family.
