Miguel Franco, Jr., 48, passed away on October 27, 2011 at the University of Toledo Medical Center. He was born on August 27, 1963 to Miguel Sr. andMary (Arzate). Miguel was a chef at the Longhorn Restaurant. Miguel is survived by his parents, Miguel Sr. and Mary Franco; sisters, Annette Hale, Debora Franco; brothers, Larry Franco Sr., Alexander (Jaqueline) Franco Sr., Robert Franco; many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his brothers, Richard and Frank; sister, Lupe. A memorial service for Miguel will be held at a later date.
