Mildred L. Kaweski, 88, of Toledo, Ohio, passed away Sunday, June 15, 2025 at her home. Mildred was born December 31, 1936, in Tiffin, Ohio to Roy and Verona (Jarvis) Jacoby. On August 4, 1956, she married the love of her life, Richard Kaweski. Mildred retired in 2003 after 32 years in food service for Toledo Public Schools. Her hobbies include: sewing, knitting, camping, and traveling on Caribbean cruises with her husband.

Mildred is survived by her husband of 68 years, Richard; children, Lucille (Ken) Nickens, Rhonda (Murlin) Perrine, and Ricky (Garnett) Kaweski; 6 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren. Preceded in death by her parents; son, Thomas; and sister, Irene Spohn.

The family will receive friends at Eggleston Meinert & Pavley Funeral Home, Oregon Chapel, 440 S. Coy Road Thursday, June 19, 2025 from 2:00 pm – 8:00 pm Funeral services Friday, June 20, 2025, at 12:30 pm. Interment: Ottawa Hills Memorial Park. Preferred memorials to Scouting America.
