Mildred J. Lowe 76, of Clay Center, Ohio passed away at St. Charles Mercy Hospital on Saturday, January 25, 2014. Mildred was born on December 13, 1937 to Cecil and Eleanor (Morrison) Soncrant. She was a member of First Presbyterian Church of Clay Center. She served on Clay Center'™s village council for 8 years. Mildred married her husband James E. Lowe on December 17, 1971 who preceded her in death. Mildred enjoyed spending time with her family and going fishing with her husband. Mildred is survived by her brother, Cecil Soncrant; and many family members and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, James; daughter, Debra Sue; brother, Eugene Soncrant; sisters, Roxie Lepper, Mary Ann Zunk; and special niece, Wendy Jo Weyandt. Graveside services will take place at Williston Cemetery on Saturday, February 1, 2014 at 11:00 am. Memorial contributions in Mildred'™s name may be directed to First Presbyterian Church of Clay Center or Hospice of Northwest Ohio.
