Monita P. "Monti" Stamm, 81, of Toledo, Ohio, passed away on Tuesday, January 9, 2024 at ProMedica Toledo Hospital with her loving family by her side. She was born in Haskins, Ohio on August 12, 1942 to Joseph A. and Lenore M. (Kille) Farkas. Monti graduated from Rossford High School and later was a bus driver for Shortway Lines for 16 years before retiring in 1990. She enjoyed going on cruises and traveling with family and friends as well as spending time with her family at Blue Grass campground. She also enjoyed the companionship of her many 4-legged friends. Monti loved going to the movies and attending her grandchildren's different sporting and activities over the years. What she truly cherished was spending time with her loving family especially her trips down to Florida.
She is survived by her children, Donald Horvath, Robert Horvath Jr., Kelly Wright, Deb (Neal) Fergeson; grandchildren, Timothy Faulkner, Jennifer (James) Payea, Jay (Megan) Bolton, Tiffiny (John) Barany; great-grandchildren, Timothy, Emily, John, Lacey, Evelyn, Lynn, Justice, Ellie; great-great grandson, Judd; and brother, Charles (Susan) Sebetto. She was preceded in death by her parents; husbands, Robert Horvath and Glen Stamm; and brother, Thomas Kille.
Friends and family may visit Eggleston Meinert & Pavley Funeral Home, Oregon Chapel, 440 S. Coy Rd., Oregon, OH, 43616 on Friday, January 12, 2024 from 2:00 p.m.-8:00 p.m. Funeral services will be held in the funeral home on Saturday, January 13, 2024 at 11:00 a.m. Interment will follow in Willow Cemetery.
