Nancy Beatrice Johnson Barnes, 76, passed away Saturday, November 17th, at Bridge Hospice in Bowling Green. Nancy spent her last moments on this earth with her doting husband of 53 years, Alvie Barnes. She was also visited by several members of her loving family in her last days. She was certainly adored by them all and will be extremely missed. Nancy was born December 17th, 1941 to her mother Harriet. She was raised by her mother and stepfather, Arthur RC Hall. Nancy, the oldest of 8 children, is survived by only one of her siblings, Jacquelyn (Roger Bolton), of Sandusky. Along with her husband and sister, Nancy is survived by son Timothy Workman of Weston, daughter Renee Stinehart of Bowling Green, son Galen (Crystal) Barnes of Weston, six grandchildren, and two great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her sweet infant son Alan Franklin Barnes A Celebration of Life Service will be held at 2:00 P.M. on Saturday, November 24, 2018 at the House of Prayer 20025 US Route 6 at SR 235 Weston, Ohio 43569. Contributions can be made in her name to Bridge Hospice in Bowling Green, Ohio. Arrangements are being handled by Eggleston Meinert & Pavley Funeral Home.
