Nancy A. (Long Miles) Lewis, 66, of Oregon Ohio, passed away December 8, 2011 at Promedica Bay Park Hospital. She was born in Toledo, Ohio on December 30, 1944 to James (Iva) Long and maternal mother, Katherine Lollar. Nancy was employed in the claims department at Blue Cross & Blue Shield for 10 years, leaving the company in 1994. Surviving are her children, Kim (Bobby) Cole and Charles (Deb) Miles; companion, Donald Cole Sr.; grandchildren, Crystal, Steven (Valerie), Merissa, Jeremey, Merandia, Tabatha, Andrew, Cayla (Robert) and Taylor; great grandchildren, Amya, Steven II and Angel; brothers, Mark (Debbie), Timothy (Jenny), Jimmy (Kathy) Long, David (Mary-Ann) Waite and Donald (Beverly) Graves. She also leaves behind many nieces, nephews and cousins. Nancy was preceded in death by her maternal mother, Katherine Lollar; parents, James and Iva Long; son, Thomas Jr.; sister, Maudetta; brother, Melvin. Friends may visit at the Eggleston Meinert & Pavley Funeral Home, Oregon Chapel, 440 S. Coy Road, on Saturday from 3-9 p.m. and Sunday from 12Noon '" 9:00 p.m. Funeral services will be conducted in the funeral home on Monday at 11:00 a.m. with interment following in Ottawa Hills Memorial Park.
