Nellie P. Millinger, 85, formerly of Oregon, OH, passed away Wednesday, August 16, 2006 in St. Luke's Hospital. She was born in Ottawa County, Ohio on April 29, 1921 to Conrad and Mattie (Cover) Morgan. She was employed as a housekeeper for the Oregon Board of Education for 23 years, retiring in 1979. Nellie was also a member of First St. Johns Lutheran Church.   Surviving are her children, James Millinger and Barbara (Emery) Stroshine; 6 grandchildren; 9 great-grandchildren and one great great grandson. Nellie was preceded in death by her husband, Dale W. Millinger; and parents; sisters, Dorothy Bahnsen, Sylvia Mullins, Sarah Walkoviak and Hazel Bloom; brother, Harvey Morgan.   Family and friends may visit at the Eggleston Meinert Pavley Funeral Home, Oregon Chapel, and 440 S. Coy Rd. on Sunday from 2:00 until  9:00 pm.  Funeral services will be held on Monday at 11:00 am. Interment will follow in Elliston Cemetery.
