Norma Jean Rensch, age 77, of Lima, passed away May 4, 2009. She was born in Toledo on December 10, 1931 to Coy and Dorothy (Hardy) Grimes. Norma Jean worked in catering for Gladieux Catering and spent time making wedding cakes. She was a member of St. Matthew's Lutheran Church. Norma Jean is survived by her husband of 57 years, John; children, Joe (Cherree) Rensch, Jeri (Chuck) Permar, Valerie (Jon) Baumbach, Nancy (Dave) Kauffman; sisters, Shirley (Bill) Kinney, Rosemary Baxter; 9 grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents and brother. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, May 23, 2009 at 11:00 a.m. in St. Matthew's Lutheran Church, St. Matthew's Drive off Hume Rd. in Cridersville, Ohio. Interment will be private. Expressions of sympathy in Norma Jean's memory can be made to Hospice of Northwest Ohio. Arrangements are being handled by Eggleston Meinert Pavley Funeral Home.
