Obituary

Norman William Rider, 78 of Millbury, Ohio passed away on Friday August 29, 2003 at Otterbein Portage Valley. He was born in North Baltimore, Ohio to Joseph and Fairy(Miller) Rider. Norman was employed for 30 years by LOF. Along with his son, he was owner of Rider's Classic Cars for 32 years. Norman served in the Army during WWII. He was also a member of the Masonic Collingwood Lodge and the Zenobia Shrine Jeepster Unit. Norman is survived by his loving wife of 55 years, Lois; children, Keith (Gigi) Rider, daughter, Kendra Readel, grandaughters, Adrienne Readel & Shelby Readel: brother, Robert Rider and sister, Naomi Miller. Norman was preceded in death by his parents, Joseph and Fairy(Miller) Rider and sister Edith Harmon. Visitation will be held on Tuesday from 2-9 p.m. with Masonic Services at 7:30 p.m. at the Eggleston-Meinert-Pavley Funeral Home, Woodville Road Chapel, 1111 Woodville Rd. Millbury, Ohio where Funeral Services will be conducted on Wednesday, September 3, 2003 at 11:00 a.m. Interment will follow in Lake Township Cemetery. Expressions of sympathy may be made to the Shriners Hospital for Children or the charity of the Donor's choice. Visitation: Visitation Times Tuesday, Sept. 2, 2003, 2-9 p.m. Woodville Road Chapel
