Olive L. Bails, 86, of Oregon, OH passed away June 20, 2005 in the Lutheran Home at Toledo. She was born in Tiona, PA on August 11, 1918 to Charles and Elizabeth (Donahue) Judge. Mrs. Bails' greatest joy was taking care of her children and grandchildren. She was the primary "baby sitter" for her grandson Scott Tye and granddaughters Shawna Tye Griffin and Erin Saelzler. Surviving are her son, Robert (Sandy) Bails of Erie, MI; daughters, Geraldine Hyslop and Lois (Clayton) Tye of Toledo and Patricia Bails (James) Saelzler of Oregon; special niece, Alice Ackerman of Toledo. She also is survived by 13 grandchildren, numerous great-grandchildren, and her constant companion, Miss Kitty. Her husband, Harry Emerson Bails, preceded Olive in death in 1993. She was also preceded in death by 5 sisters and 3 brothers. Friends and family may visit at the Eggleston Meinert Pavley Funeral Home, Oregon Chapel, 440 S. Coy Road at Starr Ave. on Tuesday, June 21, 2005 from 2-9 p.m. Funeral services will be conducted in the funeral home on Wednesday at 1:00 p.m. with interment following in Ottawa Hills Memorial Park.
