Olive D. Mock, 87, of Toledo, Ohio, passed away on May 11, 2007, at Darlington Nursing Home, Toledo, Ohio surrounded by her loving family members. She was born in Colver, PA on April 21, 1920, to Minnie Flick and Samuel Evans. Olive was raised by her loving stepfather, William Guminy Sr. She had worked as a telephone operator, and also did restaurant work. Olive was a member of a non denominational Christian Church on McCord Rd. in Toledo for many years where she was a Sunday school teacher. She was preceded in death by her husband, Donald W. Mock Sr. (1987); son, David Paul Mock (1999) and recently by her brother, William Guminy and sister, Ruth Robeson. Surviving are her children, Donald W. Mock Jr., Dan E. Mock Sr. and Susan (Thomas) Pawelko; sisters, Janet (Robert) Schwab, Pauline Weber, Frances (John) Racz; grandchildren, Richard Ronneberg Jr., Kristina Ronneberg, Jeremy Mock, Dan Mock Jr., Dawn (Michael) Winter and Jennifer (Darryl) Adkins and many nieces and nephews. Services will be held at the Eggleston Meinert Pavley Funeral Home, 440 S. Coy Rd., Oregon, OH, Monday, May 14, 2007, at 3 p.m. where visitation will begin at 1 p.m. Interment will follow at North Oregon Cemetery.
