Patricia A. Bylow, 78, passed away on November 21, 2011 at Lutheran Home at Toledo. She was a life-long member of Clark Street United Methodist Church. Patricia is survived by her brother, Donald (Carolyn); sister, Jacquelyn (Richard) Heber; sister-in-law, Janet Bylow; many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, Donald and Clara (Rowlands) Bylow, sister, Donna Jean; brother, Kenneth. Friends may visit at the Eggleston Meinert & Pavley Funeral Home, Oregon Chapel on Friday from 11:00 a.m. until the time of service at 1:00 p.m. Interment will follow at Toledo Memorial Park.
