Patricia A. Jacobs, 95, of Toledo, Ohio passed away on February 28, 2026 at The Lakes of Sylvania. She was born on October 19, 1930 in Toledo, Ohio to Bud and Genevieve (Hughes) Widmer. She worked as an Audit Cashier for Handy Andy and previously at Cooks + Rinks for 18 years before retiring in 1996. Patricia was a graduate of Waite High School, class of 1948 and a member of Good Shepherd Parish for many years. She was also a member of the Toledo Sports Center Bowling league for many years. She enjoyed Bingo, casinos and scratch-offs.

Patricia is survived by her children, Pam Salisbury, Debbie (Jim) Tingley, John Jacobs, Vickie (Adolf Garcia) Markowski, Patti (Charlie) Smith, Jennifer (John) Starkey, Mary Lou (Dean Ringle) Gladieux Melinda (Joe) Amborski and Danny (Kelly) Jacobs; and 52 grand, great grand and great-great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Raymond; parents; and grandchildren, Joseph Amborski and Benjamin Jacobs; and great grandchild, Holland Smith.

Visitation will be held at Eggleston Meinert & Pavley Funeral Home, Oregon Chapel, 440 S. Coy Road on Thursday, March 5 from 2:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Visitation will also be held on Friday, March 6 from 10:00 a.m. until the time of the funeral services at 11:00 a.m. Interment will follow in Willow Cemetery. Memorial contributions in Patricia's name can be directed to a charity of the donor's choice.
