Patricia Ann Mudgett, 85, passed away May 6, 2026, at home in Berlin Wi. surrounded

by her loving family. Originally from Oregon, Ohio, she resided with her daughter,

Charlotte (Sam) Mertens and family for the past 10 years.

Patricia was born on August 25, 1940, to Charlotte and Karl Biedinger, but was raised

by her mother and stepfather, Louis Anthony. She graduated from Waite High School

and married Michael Nottage. Together they had two boys, Robert and Patrick, before

Mike was killed in Viet Nam. She married Wesley Mudgett and had two girls, Cassaundra

and Charlotte.

Pat is survived by her children, Robert Nottage, Cassie (Bill Petersen), Sam (Kevin)

Mertens, grandchildren William Nottage, Megan Wambold, Bradley Shields, AshaLiegh

Cumming, AngeLina Cumming, CeLese Wilson, and Hannah Mertens. She is also survived by her 8-great-grandchildren and many other relatives and friends.

She was preceded in death by her son, Patrick, brother Patrick Michael Biedinger, daughter-in-law Mindy Nottage, and her granddaughter, HaLeana Cumming.

Pat enjoyed reading, traveling, crocheting, and shopping on QVC. She really enjoyed a good

piece of gossip, especially eavesdropping from another room in the house. It was her

superpower and we all loved her for it.

A special thank you to Thedacare Hospice; especially Stacey, Melody, Amy K, Jeffery,

and that dang Angie. The family could not have kept her at home without you.

Visitation will be held on Friday, May 15, 2026, at Eggleston Meinert & Pavley Funeral Home - Oregon Chapel, 440 S. Coy Rd., from 10:00 a.m. until 12:00 p.m. A Graveside service will follow at North Oregon Cemetery, 464 Otter Creek Rd, Oregon, OH 43616.
