Patricia "Gail" Schaub, 65, of Toledo, Ohio, passed away at home on Tuesday, February 10, 2015. She was born on May 3, 1949 in Hamilton, Ohio to James and Cora (Durham) Crider. She worked in Restaurant/ Retail management for 30 years retiring in 2011. Gail enjoyed traveling, camping, bowling, cards, shooting pool and spending time with her family. She is survived by her life partner of 31 years, Christine Whaley; father, James (Flora) Crider; children, Jennifer (Arthur) Briner, Jeff (Laura) Schaub and John Jr. (Nancy) Schaub; sister, Penelope (Steve) Mayer; brothers, James (Brenda) and Mark (Carol) Crider; 8 grandchildren; 3 neices, 1 nephew and many dear friends. She was preceded in death by her mother, Cora "Cody" Crider. Friends may call at the Eggleston Meinert & Pavley Funeral Home, Oregon Chapel, 440 S. Coy Road on Saturday, February 14, 2015 from 1:00 pm until the time of remembrance service at 3:00 pm. The family would like to give special thanks to Hospice of Northwest Ohio and Christine's cousins, Jennifer Horner and Becky for all their help and support during her battle with cancer. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be given to Hospice of Northwest Ohio or the American Cancer Society.
