Patricia A. Warns, 46, passed away on December 20, 2015 at her home. She was born on January 31, 1969 to Cloyce and Patricia (Lavoy) Clark. Patti is survived by her children, Bobby (Kate) Sherwood, Jimmy Sherwood, Joseph (Karisa) Sherwood, Emalee Waggoner; grandchildren, Jayden Sherwood, Alivia Hatfield; companion, Gary Walsh; siblings, Teri (Jim) Fork, Mary (David) Sanchez, Sherri (Pat) Cole, Ric (Mary) Lavoy; many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents; brother, William. Friends may visit at the Eggleston Meinert & Pavley Funeral Home, Oregon Chapel, 440 S. Coy Rd. on Wednesday, December 23, 2015 from 2:00 p.m. until the time of the funeral service at 7:00 p.m. Private inurnment will take place at a later date in Ft. Meigs Cemetery.
