Patrick L. Kelley, 80, of Northwood, Ohio, passed on Saturday, October 19, at Hospice of Northwest Ohio where his family was always by his bedside over the past two weeks. He was born in Toledo, Ohio on November 7, 1943 to Phillip G. and Opal (Parson) Kelley. Pat graduated from Macomber High School and would eventually go on to own and operate DISC Environmental Services for over 35 years before selling it and retiring in 2018. On January 23, 1971 he married the love of his life, Judy (Moffett). Pat was an avid outdoorsman, spending as much time as he could outside, from hunting to fishing trips, target shooting or trapping, he loved it all. He enjoyed going to the casino, cheering on The Ohio State Buckeyes and was a big Muhamad Ali fan, but what he cherished most, was his loving family who will miss him dearly.

Patrick is survived by his wife of 53 years, Judith; children, Lisa (Tim) Kiedrowski, Sean (Holly) Kelley, Ryan (Urvashi) Kelley; grandchildren, Ashley, David, Natalie, Amelia, Luke; great-grandchildren, Arthur, Owen, Peter, Isjeah, Keziah, Jonathon, Ryan; siblings, Sandra (Richard) Juers, Retired Marine Colonel, Kevin (Sue) Kelley; and many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents; sister Lea Anne Kelley; and brother, Phillip Kelley.

The family will receive friends at Eggleston Meinert & Pavley Funeral Home, Oregon Chapel, 440 S. Coy Rd., Oregon, OH, 43616 on Wednesday, October 23, 2024 from 2:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. Funeral services will be held in the funeral home on Thursday, October, 24, 2024 at 11:00 a.m. Interment will follow in Restlawn Memorial Park. Patrick often told others: "Live the solution, not the problem." Rather than send flowers, the family asks you to consider making a donation to the Ottawa National Wildlife Refuge.
