Patrick J. Robinson, 84, of Genoa, Ohio passed away Thursday, August 12, 2010 at his residence. He was born in New York, NY. on June 22, 1926 to Thomas and Agnes (Duffey) Robinson. On December 7, 1950, he married Catherine Robinson, and she preceded him in death in 2006. Patrick served in the US Navy during WWII. He worked as an electronic engineer for WTOL for 36 years, retiring in 2002. In his spare time, he enjoyed reading and working on electronic devices. He is survived by his son, Patrick (Pamela Struffolino) Robinson; daughters, Catherine McDonald and Mary (John Crayne) Robinson; daughter in law, Sandy Robinson; numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren. Also survived by many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, wife Catherine, son Thomas, and brothers, James and Thomas Robinson. A Memorial Mass will be celebrated at Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church, 204 S. Main Street, Genoa on Friday, August 27th at 11:00 am. Private inurnment will take place at Clay Township Cemetery In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to the Ottawa County Humane Society, American Cancer Society or the Alzheimer'™s Association.
