Patricia R. Bleim, 39, of Oregon, OH, passed away on Saturday, August 21, 2004. She was born in Oregon on March 7, 1965, to Charles and Ruby (Chapman) Smoot. Patti was a very loving mother, grandmother, daughter and sister who will be greatly missed by all. Surviving are her daughters, Andrea Keaton and Ashley (Chad) Benner; parents; step-son, Jason Bleim; step-daughter, Michelle Bleim, nephew, Justin; niece, Alissa; sisters, Glenna Vinet, Connie Monk, Marcie Amerson, Tammy Frampton, Joyce Smoot; brothers, Charles Jr., Kenny, David, Rick, Mark and Terry; grandchildren, Alexandrea, Callie and Karis; special companion, Harry Rodriguez, and many nieces and nephews. Patti was preceded in death by her sister, Christine Smoot. Family and friends may visit at the Eggleston-Meinert-Pavley Funeral Home, Coy Road Chapel, 440 S. Coy Rd. at Starr Ave., on Wednesday, August 25, 2004 from 2 until 9 p.m. Funeral services will be conducted in the funeral home on Thursday at 2 p.m. Interment will follow in Restlawn Memorial Park.
